What is your refund policy?
We want you to be happy with your order. You may return your unused items for any reason up to 30 days after your order is delivered to you. You are responsible for return shipping and a small restocking fee may apply.

How do pre-orders work?
Items available for pre-order show the option to "Pre-order". The estimated delivery timeline for pre-orders can be found on the product and/or checkout page. When pre-ordering an item, you will be charged immediately. Once your item(s) ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

What if my item is damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly provide a replacement free of charge. Please contact us to report a damaged product and request a replacement.

When will my order arrive?
Please allow 5-7 business days from the date of purchase for orders to be packed and shipped. Once the item is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you. Pre-orders will ship once the item is in stock.

Can I change my order once it’s placed?
Once your order is placed, we are unable to change the order. If there was a mistake made in the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only offer shipping to the US. We hope to offer international shipping soon!
